ClaimBackTime is a one-off AI assessment sold at a public price of £799 + VAT (UK) / $999 (international). The service is designed to help a business identify and prioritise practical AI and automation opportunities. It is a roadmap service, not an implementation contract.
Public pricing is shown in USD for simplicity. If tax must be charged based on billing location, it should be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment is taken through Stripe or another payment method clearly shown at the point of purchase. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a time has been agreed.
If the website uses a placeholder payment link before a live Stripe link is installed, that placeholder does not create a confirmed booking on its own.
The target turnaround for the written report is within 48 hours of the main Google Meet call. This assumes the information needed to complete the work has been provided. If a delay becomes necessary, we will communicate it.
ClaimBackTime is sold with a simple guarantee: save 5+ hours per week or receive a full refund. To rely on that guarantee, you must complete the questionnaire, attend the calls, review the report, and raise the refund request within 7 days of the review call.
The guarantee applies where the assessment does not identify a realistic path to reclaiming at least 5 hours a week. It does not guarantee that every recommendation will be implemented by you or your team.
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, copy, and material on this website belongs to 8020AI Limited or is used with permission. Your report and recordings are supplied for your own internal business use. You must not republish them commercially without permission.
