8020AI is led by Rob Keast - a UK-based founder, AI author, and operator with experience across CRM, ad tech, fintech, and SaaS.
He has been building software businesses since 2002, built and sold one of the first web-based CRM platforms, and wrote ChatGPT For Business: Adapt or Die. He uses Claude, OpenClaw, n8n, and Supabase in real work every day.
