Who we are

8020 AI Ltd, company number 15793774, operates this website. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.

For the purpose of UK data protection law, 8020 AI Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

  • Name, email address, company name, and the message you choose to send through the contact form.
  • Details you submit through the quiz lead capture if you ask for your AI action plan.
  • Information you submit when enquiring about or buying ClaimBackTime, including your questionnaire answers and scheduling details.
  • Google Meet recordings and notes if you buy ClaimBackTime and the calls are recorded for delivery back to you.
  • Basic technical data that hosting providers normally process, such as IP address, request logs, device/browser information, and referral data.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and decide whether there is a sensible commercial fit.
  • To provide the action plan, follow-up emails, or ClaimBackTime deliverables you requested.
  • To schedule Google Meet calls, deliver recordings, and produce your assessment report.
  • To take or administer payment for ClaimBackTime through Stripe.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To maintain business records and protect against spam, abuse, or misuse.

Lawful bases

We generally process personal data because:

  • it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
  • it is in our legitimate interests to run and protect the website and respond to business enquiries; or
  • you have consented, where consent is the appropriate basis.

Who we share it with

We use infrastructure providers to host and process form submissions. That includes Netlify for hosting and form handling, Stripe for payment processing, and Google services for email and Google Meet delivery.

If you pay for ClaimBackTime, Stripe handles the payment information. We do not store your full card details on this site.

We may also share information where required to comply with legal obligations or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not currently run Google Analytics on the public pages. If Google Analytics or similar website analytics tooling is enabled later, this policy and the cookie policy should be updated to reflect that.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for correspondence, service discussions, record keeping, or legal obligations. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we aim not to keep it longer than necessary.

If you buy ClaimBackTime, we retain the commercial records, questionnaire, report, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or transfer your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to the ICO in the UK.

If you want to exercise a right, use the contact form and make the request clear.
